OUR POLICIES
Our Experienced and Knowledgeable Swimsuit Consultants know our designers and how
our swimsuits fit. Let us assist you in finding the swimsuit that fits best for you. You can
give the Keys Swimsuit Consultants your measurements and the look you desire, and let them
assist you with finding that perfect swimsuit.
Please also use our fit guides to assist you. These are specific to each designer, so
please take a look at each fit guide as you look at each designer.
Please note that the following guidelines for any return. Following these guidelines will
help us process your exchange or return more quickly.
Returns: ALL RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (R/A).
MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT AN R/A WILL BE RETURNED AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.
To obtain the R/A number you can call our offices at our toll free number 866-915-KEYS(5397)
or contact us via email at customerservice@keysswimwear.com.
Our office hours are 10am-5pm, Monday-Friday, Central Standard Time or email customerservice@keysswimwear.com any time.
The R/A number must be visible on the outside of the box containing your items for return
or exchange.
Returns of regular priced merchandise must be in our office within 15 days of the date
you receive your order for exchange, credit or refund. Refunds will be credited only to the
credit/debit card that was used for your purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
*Returns for refund reducing the total order to less than $150.00 will have the shipping
charges deducted from the refunded amount.
Returns received within 30 days of the day you received your order may be exchanged or you will be issued a www.keysswimwear.com coupon code as credit.
All returns must meet the following criteria:
- In the original packaging
- Packed in the same box you received your order in
- Merchandise must be in new condition and unused
- Original tags must be attached to merchandise - no exceptions
- Protective shields must be in place
- Thongs cannot be returned
- No lint, animal hair and odor free
- "Sale Items" may be returned within 15 days for exchange or store credit ONLY
- CLEARANCE ITEMS are a FINAL SALE - no return or exchange
- Accessories are a FINAL SALE - no return or exchange
It is industry standard for customers to be responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise
to us. Ship your return prepaid using a shipping method that provides a tracking number
(i.e. FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation). This is for your
protection in the event of a lost shipment.
Refunds:
Refunds totaling $250.00 or more will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes
excessive returns and exchanges.
International Shipments:
International Shipments, Hawaii, Alaska, APO & FPO orders cannot be exchanged
or refunded.
SHIPPING:
Shipping charges will be calculated automatically
at checkout. When you checkout you
will have the opportunity to review these charges
before you finalize your order.
All FED-EX ground orders over
$150.00 are shipped FREE.*
For FEDEX delivery a physical
address is necessary NO PO BOXES.
Tracking an order:
We will notify you by e-mail once your order &/or exchange has been shipped and
you will receive a tracking number.
Damages:
If for some reason your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us immediately
to advise us of the situation. We will work with you to quickly accommodate
the return/exchange.
TAXES:
All orders shipped outside Arkansas are tax free. Arkansas orders will have
an 8% tax added.
Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed you may not cancel an order. In rare circumstance you may
be able to stop shipping by contacting Keys Swimwear customer service at
866-915-KEYS(5397). This DOES NOT GUARANTEE that the order will be canceled.
Keys Swimwear does not accept any form of cancellations by email.
Privacy Policy:
You have our promise that any information you send or share with us will stay with us.
We sell swimwear, not customer information. You can be assured that your credit
card & personal information is safe, secure & protected in our hands. If you have any
